Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16 years old. Unless their parents or guardians have given permission. We are however unable to check whether a visitor is above the age of 16 years old. In order to make sure that the access request was indeed made by you, we will ask you to include a copy of your proof of identity. In this copy, you should black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and NHS number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest.
